Students' Union Activities

“Leeds Sixth Form College students can access high-quality activities open to everyone, regardless of age or ability.”

Students can access high-quality activities open to everyone, regardless of age or ability. Almost all of our activities are delivered free of charge. They take place across all campuses using Leeds Sixth Form College and community facilities. New activities and opportunities will be introduced throughout the academic year.

To keep up to date with everything, please visit our social media pages.

Here are just a few of the activities available to students.

Basketball
Sessions are run weekly, there's a basketball team competing in the AoC league as well as recreational basketball.

Football
We compete in the AoC league. There are also monthly intercampus five-a-side tournaments held at the Power League. All abilities welcome.

Table Tennis
Have a quick match or be coached to be part of the college team.

Boxing
A great way to let off steam. Sessions involve non-contact boxing work, led by qualified coaches.

Duke of Edinburgh
We run the Bronze and Silver Duke of Edinburgh award, open to all students.

Student leaders
Meet on a weekly basis and act as student volunteers, supporting a range of activities. They receive a formal qualification for volunteering and leadership work. Please note, costs apply.
