Information for parents and guardians
As a parent/guardian, it is important that you receive regular feedback on the progress of your son/daughter. It is also vital that you can easily contact us should you have any concerns.
Parents’ welcome evening
Once students have been allocated a personal tutor, we will provide parents/guardians with their contact details by letter.
We will also hold a parents’ welcome evening in October, where you will have the opportunity to meet the personal tutor responsible for monitoring your son/daughter’s progress.
Additionally, we hold parents’ evenings in November and February for all A level students, where you will have the opportunity to discuss your son/daughter’s progress with their subject tutors.
If your son/daughter is below 18 years of age, we will send you a full written report on their progress in each of their subjects. This report will be sent via post. Parents/guardians will also receive two general progress reports a year.
Throughout the year parents/guardians can access our online portal via our website to find information on their son/daughter’s attendance, progress, and assessment grades for each subject.
